What does this look like?
I have spent several years supporting people through some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Life can present us with significant challenges, particularly in the context of trauma or patterns of responding that are no longer serving us.
I believe that, often, we are doing the best we can with the experiences, resources and coping strategies available to us. Creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space can provide an opportunity to better understand these patterns, develop more adaptive ways of responding, and build a more fulfilling relationship with ourselves, others and the world around us.
I feel privileged to support people through this process and to create space for meaningful psychological growth, healing and change.
