A little about me
Here, you can learn more about my training, areas of expertise and psychological approach. From there, you can decide whether you would like to connect and explore how we might work together.
I have worked in the mental health sector since 2009, across both public and private settings. My experience includes working within the homelessness sector, family violence sector and with not-for-profit organisations in Melbourne and London. These experiences have shaped my holistic approach to psychological care, with an emphasis on understanding each person within the broader context of their life, experiences and individual needs.
I commenced private practice as a Clinical Psychologist in 2021 and have particularly valued the opportunity to engage in deeper psychological work. I have supported adults and older adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, drawing on a variety of evidence-based psychological approaches and tailoring treatment to each individual's circumstances and goals.
I have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing:
Anxiety and depression
Stress, adjustment and life transitions
Grief and loss
Obsessive-compulsive difficulties
Insomnia and sleep difficulties
Death anxiety and existential concerns
Gender and sexual diversity
Relationship challenges
As with all psychologists, there are some areas that currently fall outside my scope of practice. At present, I do not provide treatment for primary psychotic disorders, eating disorders, or presentations where personality pathology is the primary concern.
Where a presentation falls outside my scope, I am committed to supporting you in identifying an appropriate service or practitioner who may be better suited to your needs.
